"Do not split paragraph", "widow control" and "orphan control" could be managed
better.
Now you cannot set "Do not split paragraph" if "widow control" or "orphan
control" are set; equally, you cannot set "widow control" or "orphan control"
if "Do not split paragraph" is set.
This is annoying, because I must remember to uncheck something in order to
check other control.
I think this isn't necessary: the rule can be the following:
- always permit the user check these checkboxes
- checking "Do not split paragraph" automatically disables (graying them)
"widow control" and "orphan control"
- cheking "widow control" or "orphan control" automatically disables (graying
it) "Do not split paragraph"
This way the user would be more confortable.
