Commits in master against 25.2.0 on Windows make the "touch-screen" now match
"touch-pad" behavior.  The combination of WDM and hw driver continue to affect
actual scroll speed of the LO vcl canvas.

Same system with 24.2.4.2 build installed, without the WDM "gesture" support,
touch-pad scrolls w/2-finger but touch-screen highlights/selects.
