Description:
In version 25.2, The list of Validation is always displayed in ascending order.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open New Calc.
2. Insert Cell validity in [A1], and set some list [3,2,1].
Don't check "Sort enttries ascending"
3. Displays a drop-down list. [ Alt + Down ]
Actual Results:
4. Listing [1,2,3].
Expected Results:
4. Listing [3,2,1].
Reproducible: Always
