Calc Formatting: Problem Location: Text Wrap of angled text used in subheadings
only. Libre Office Suite Ver: LibreOffice_24.2.5_Win_x86-64 and some previous
versions.
When Text is wrapped for subheadings and placed at an angle, the text wrap is
unstable, and flips between vertical and it's proper assignment as slanted,
during any up/down scrolling. A video of this behavior explains it best here:

The text wrap facilitation, seems generally buggy and ignores user requests to
work at all, at random times. Sometimes transferring data to a new document
clears the problem for a time.
Main headings, within the same document which are also formatted as slanted the
same way, seem to be immune from this problem.
This problem seems isolated to slanted subheadings only.
