--- Comment #6 from Andrew <[email protected]> ---
I have now made a fresh Calc file, and re-run a series of tests in creating
text wrap headings and subheadings using mostly standardized methodology,
except where labeled as a different creation method such as using format
painter. I now observe complete failure in row three to wrap text at the
standard chosen angle of 55 degrees. The flipping of the text wrap now again
appears, but this time in row 4 only. The other rows appear stable during
scrolling. You can view this behavior here in a new video of the problem, in a
freshky made Calc page.

This seems to indicate the problem is persistent, even using a new page from
scratch, and across versions of Libre office Calc.

I will also provide the new Calc page seen in the video for perusal.
My computer version is Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 if it has any relevance.

My intuition tells me that solving this may help stabilize Libre office Calc in
a general way, and that this problem may be behind some other bug reports.

Thanks to all helping, regards this very interesting problem, it is very much
appreciated...
Andrew
