But then I tried "Tools -> Customize..." and the warning no longer happens. Note that the warning was published to the console, which you can't see if you start Calc from the desktop GUI (which I expect is most people). Also, it didn't seem to affect anything in Calc. I bet you're right about the PPA impact: some configuration item was set in a specific way by the version I had installed from the PPA, which was saved over the uninstall and reinstall, and then the "real" version pops this warning. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
