The tip under "Enregistrer l'image d'aperçu avec ce document" reads:

Pour désactiver la génération de miniatures en général, choisissez Outils -
Options - LibreOffice - Avancé.
Cliquez sur le bouton Ouvrir la configuration exprt et recherchez Générer une
miniature.
Si cette propriété a la valeur true, double cliquez dessus pour définir la
valeur sur false.

1. "exprt" looks like a typo. Furthermore, the button label reads:
"Ouvrir la configuration avancée".
2. The name of the configuration parameter "GenerateThumbnail" shall not be
translated.
