Description:
Whenever I try to drag data from one cell to another, there is a delay time of
at least 2 secs for it to be dragged to another cell.
I have also submitted another bug issue previously, Bug #162557. Still same
issue, I am not able to open up my existing calc sheet. Whenever I open file,
it will appear as a blank page with no format (excel, doc, ppt etc).
I need your assistance to solve the issue as it is affecting my usage and daily
tasks. I am using Libre Office on a daily basis. However due to the 2 above
issues, I am not able to complete my daily tasks which requires to use Libre
Calc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Restarting of computer and Libre Office software.
2. Tried to copy and open up using another platform (Eg, my PC and Removable
D:drive)
3. Uninstalling then re-download the Libre Office Application again
Actual Results:
Still same, very very slow loading.
Expected Results:
Expect everything to be working as per normal given restarted the whole system.
Given I have downloaded the newest Libre Office Version, it should not be laggy
and such long delay in the usage.
