You seem to have problems with your system / storage device / spreadsheet file. This site is aimed at reporting bugs in LibreOffice. Unfortunately, it is not intended for users' support. My guess – although I could be wrong – is that you will not find in this site the specific help you are looking for in your particular circumstance (in a timely manner). I would suggest seeking the help of someone with relevant knowledge and that has direct access to your system, as the symptoms you are describing might be caused by many different factors (such as storage device corruption, or trying to open the same spreadsheet file simultaneously multiple times with different tools, or disconnecting a removable storage device while files within it are still in-use by your computer, or the wired connection to the storage device, or the connecting port, or...). I am not saying that LibreOffice has nothing to do with the problem; it might (or might not).
