UI: No UI feedback when changing width of comment column
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a comment (add some text into it to prevent it to disappear)
3. Increase/decrease the with of the comments (introduced in bug 159145)
Actual Results:
No UI feedback while dragging. You have to drag and release to notice the
effect
Expected Results:
Some UI feedback
Reproducible: Always
