I am going to reject this suggestion.

A word-for-word translation doesn’t make it “internationally accepted”,
whatever that means (in the ’80s, for example, somebody confused “fount” and
“font” and translated “fuente” for “tipo de letra”, which is STILL a mistake).
Besides, “remisión” is not an unfounded invention. See this FundéuRAE’s
