Description:
I'd like the ability to lock in a cell range in the Conditional Formatting
field. It keeps changing when I add new rows and I don't want that. I end up
with a TERRIBLY messy conditions page that I have to keep adjusting. Screenshot
below.

In my case I keep specifying C2:C1000 and that is what happens. Very annoying!


Steps to Reproduce:
Add new data to cells after specifying range. With and without keep source
formatting

Or, insert or add new rows. 

Actual Results:
The range gets automatically divided

Expected Results:
Lock in my range!
