OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED

Description:
I'd like the ability to lock in a cell range in the Conditional Formatting
field. It keeps changing when I add new rows and I don't want that. I end up
with a TERRIBLY messy conditions page that I have to keep adjusting. Screenshot
