Description:
Libre Office does not start. The usual windox box to click does not appear. A
blue circle turns for a while, then stops.
I have put L.O. on my bitdefender white list. Did not help.
I repaired the programme. Did not help.
I disinstalled it with revo disinstaller and reinstalled many times - did not
help.
I used the reset options when starting as an administrator in safe mode - did
not help.
I tried the most recent version, then the v. 24.2. - the same problem!
Don't know what more I can try!
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try starting it (soffice.exe): Won't start!
2. try starting it as admin: will start, but only work in safe mode
3. black screen with normal mode as admin. o/w nothing at all!

It should have started!
