Description:
the shadow and border on chart are not saved when saving file to .xlsx
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a chart in Calc
add border and shadow with blur
save it to .odf
close and reopen
the border and shadow are there
save it to .xlsx
close and reopen
the border and shadow are not there
Actual Results:
the border and shadow are not there
Expected Results:
the border and shadow should be visible
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
The blur is very difficult to set on the right panel, changing its value is not
taking into accoung , workaround use style
