Elements have been coloured according to the theme colour palette (e.g. accent
1 & accent 4). Initially, the colours of all elements are changed as soon as a
new theme is selected. After reopening the document, only text colours are
changed. Frame colours remain in the colour of the previously selected theme.
This is also the case when using document templates.
