What was your source for your LibreOffice install? The community built builds available from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ will have that as default. Meanwhile, simply use the Help -> Restart in Safe Mode--then you can reset to defaults (for UI or entire user profile) or restore it from a profile backup.
