Summary: Make NUMBERVALUE function handle unicode minus
           Product: LibreOffice

          Hardware: All
                OS: All

Pasted numerical data sometimes use unicode minus 0x2212.
It would be nice if NUMBERVALUE supports that, in addition to the ASCII minus.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter formula =NUMBERVALUE("−123") in a cell
2.
3.

Actual Results:
It fails with #VALUE!

Expected Results:
Number -123

Reproducible: Always
