Every time I try to create a new Table of Contents LibreOffice Writer crashes.
On reopening I have submitted the crash report. This has happened every time I
try to create the ToC, nearly a dozen times now. Since it is not preventing me
from continuing with my document, it is not a critical issue, but I would like
to have the table of contents as I create the document so that I can jump to a
given section to perform additional editing.
