--- Comment #17 from Pierre Fortin <[email protected]> --- At the time of the report, I was using default settings. Comment 7 was the first time I noticed that setting. At the moment, with "Synchronize Labels" (SL) checked for both Labels and Business Cards, a window for each opened side by side (partially overlapped); moving the mouse from one window to the other auto-raises the window that gets focus. Opening a new document for each with SL unchecked, I don't have the SL mini-window and the main windows do not auto-raise. This was reported months ago... I install a daily build every 1-2 weeks, so a lot has changed and I haven't needed to create these document types since. I don't recall changing SL settings; but I can't say absolutely I didn't because I do recall struggling with the SL mini-window's lack of presence. Curious: are the main window and the SL mini-window invoked identically (other than contents & size metrics)? Or, parent|child like? Aside: File>New>Business Cards>Distribute: should 'Single label' read 'Single card'..? Also 'Synchronize Labels' button -> 'Synchronize Cards'? Some quick testing: it's possible I had 'Synchronize content' checked for labels and not for Business cards. That could explain my comment 3... So, Synchronize content is a pre-condition for auto-raising a main window. In fact, the LO window will only auto-raise if the Synchronize Labels button mini-window is not visible; displaying the mini-window triggers the main window auto-raise. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
