Description:
Right click an object to select + open context menu doesn't work for foreground
object if the background image is selected
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right Click on the Red Arrow -> Arrow gets selected and context menu opens
(fine)
3. Right Click somewhere in the blue square: Square gets selected and context
menu opens
4. Right Click the Red arrow again
Actual Results:
Arrow isn't selected
Expected Results:
Right Click on different object should de-select the background image / select
the foreground image
Reproducible: Always
