Same Size and Screen Position as the Last Window Used

The Issue: if I open a window to a document using the Quickstarter GUI then the
Window opens at a size and position that is nothing like I would like things to
be — I am forced into manually resizing and positioning the window. I would
like the window size and position generated by Quickstarter to replicate the
last window size and position that I last used for each component of
LibreOffice (Writer, Calc, Draw, etc.).
I would really like to use the Quickstarter GUI, it offers some excellent
functionality, but, for this reason, and this reason alone, I never use it.
Which is a great pity for such a potentially useful feature of LibreOffice.
Please, please enable this feature request.
