As I said, there is no such "Object Align" text in all of LibreOffice source,
you can see it yourself:

I now installed 25.2.0 with Spanish on Windows and in Disposición tab I get
Fila and Columna as tooltips for the respective buttons.

What if you try this way: Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe
mode? You have to change the UI to Tabbed after doing that.
