Oh, yes. Thank you, Buovjaga.
This has already been solved in the way you instructed, by starting LibreOffice
in Safe Mode and resetting my LO user profile.

Infinite thanks to you. I was finally able to resolve this flaw in the Tabbed
UI. This solution automatically resolved another bug with the same behavior
(Bug 162982).

I attach here the screenshots that can guide other users through the steps to
fix this type of error caused by a corrupted user profile.

I think we can already declare this Bug as "Resolved".
