This is not a bug.

Your original file uses regular expressions in the formulas; and the respective
setting in Options->Calc->Calculate allows regular expressions. But your other
file uses wildcards - the setting that is default since LibreOffice 5.3 [1].
Enabling regular expressions in the other file fixes the calculations, as
expected.

It could be a possible enhancement to make the copy of a sheet into a new
document to also copy calculation settings, though.
