This no longer has the redlines since 7.6, with commit:

tdf#141969: use paragraph autostyle to mimic Word's table style

Also the more recent versions of Word 2013, 2016 don't show the 14 redlines
seen on the attachment 186278 (while good old 2010 still does, albeit
attributing to my current user) - strange, maybe they considered something like
this a bug too.

Anyways, the document appears the same nowadays in Word/Writer.
