            Bug ID: 165531
           Summary: Text grid as Background
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The feature "Text Grid" in Writer's page style setting is perfect to emulate
classical layout for Japanese/Chinese. It can be accurately manipulated, and
can be printed/exported, which makes it a gem.

However, the text grid could only be shown as "Foreground", i mean, it's always
displayed and printed in the top z-order, which will always barrier images/OLE
and text area colour. I've checked settings and expert settings, currently no
such toggle.

-- In short, feature expected --
To allow Text Grid being displayed/printed underneath (behind) text, image, OLE
and area fills.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Writer\Page Style\Text Grid\"Display text grid" = on.

Actual Results:
Images, huge texts, text area fillment are "cut" by the grids.

Expected Results:
Text grid displayed/printed underneath.

Reproducible: Always
