Until its fixed, one can force it to use x-wayland:
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb libreoffice
and if needed, also force it to use one of qt5/qt6/kf5/kf6:
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kf6 libreoffice
