Description:
For some times now. It is not possible to open more than one file at a time
from Windows Explorer.exe.
The only possible way is to go through the file menu and navigate from the
Open file sub-window. For example, from here, it is possible to open a .odg
file (in Draw application) from the Write application.
Opening from "recent files" is working, but does not display other file types.
So, it is not possible, for example, to open a .ods file from the "recent
files" in Draw.
Trying to open a second file, of any LibreOffice type, from Windows Explorer
result in an Error message : "An other instance of Libre Office is already
running. Please close any other instance..." (free translation from French).
Portable LibreOffice 24.8.3.1
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open windows explorer;
2. Click on any LibreOffice file (any .ext); Let it open completly;
3. Click on any LibreOffice file (same as the first one, or a different .ext);
Actual Results:
This will result in a "Another instance of Libre Office is already running.
Please close any other instance..." (free translation from French).
Expected Results:
As before :
To be able to open any (reasonnable) number of LibreOffice files of any type
with a sinple double click in windows explorer.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
This situation happened on my home computer (not AMD), and I saw it on other
computers (AMD) at work.
This happens of 24.8.4.1 relaease in PortableApps.
