Description:
A new blank ods saved with password. Can open via file open, but if you open
via file manager (e.g. by double clicking) you just get "No stream named
content.xml found."
I've not tried other document types.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new spreadsheet
2. Save with password 'password'
3. Close it
4. Double Click file you've just created in file manager
Actual Results:
Error Dialogue with message "No stream named content.xml found."
Expected Results:
File open and password prompt is displayed (as it does if you open same file
using file open from within calc)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
