It > is a different set of icons. Not sure what do you mean. My system is a Plasma desktop (v5.27.11 on openSUSE Leap 15.6) with a dark theme (Breeze dark). Every application show the right icons on all its dialogs except LibreOffice 25.8.a0 (no problem with 24.8 nor 25.2).
