There seems to be a miss-match of mutual expectations;
I am expecting that my naive , imprecise description of
an apparent bug will be gratefully received.
LibreOffice bug reporting seems to be predicated on the
notion that people reporting bugs have the time, energy and
enthusiasm to engaged with the complex bug description,
and diagnosis process that LibreOffice have created.
LibreOffice is not unusual in this respect, it seems to
be a consequence of the 'open-source' mentality,
that users should be grateful for the work that developers do gratis.
Perhaps they should but I doubt that they are!
I usually don't report bugs for exactly the above reason,
I simply replace the piece of software , and avoid it in future !.
Perhaps the theory of open-source development is flawed,
with respect to the assumptions it makes about human-nature;
              consider this matter closed Rohan McLeod
