For handling a bug it is essential that a developer can quickly grasp the essence of the issue, can quickly reproduce it. If reading and understanding an issue takes too long, the developers will just move on to better written reports that don't require guessing. While unfortunate for yourself, if uninstalling would really be a general problem on windows, we'd have a flood of reports like this one, so even when I close this one nothing will be lost. However if you don't want to provide more details about your specific installation, and nobody else can reproduce, the problem can not be fixed. LO can be uninstalled by using Windows Install and remove software control panel. And you're right that we expect individuals to take time writing good reports.
