Description:
我在其他ppt、pptx软件可以插入使用中文英文符号等命名的压缩包，且可以双击解压打开，而在libreoffice impress
会提示无法载入这个文件，并且我用impress打开已经在其他软件创建的ppt、pptx文件，压缩包名称会出现乱码
Steps to Reproduce:
1.将压缩包cv到ppt中
2.报错无法载入这个文件
3.libreoffice打开其他软件创建的ppt，压缩包文件名乱码
Actual Results:
libreoffice impress 无法在ppt、pptx中插入压缩包，无法正常显示压缩包文件名

libreoffice impress 可以在ppt、pptx中插入压缩包，可以正常显示压缩包文件名
