I first reported the problem almost 14 years ago.

Another user suggested a simple reasonable fix 4 years ago.

There have been some duplicate requests.
It is something that would make a lot of sense for any user who has a habit of
using different display sizes for different documents of the same type, 

How to get more attention ?
