Issue: The "Merge" function does not work as expected.
Details:
All lines are converted to outlines.
All text is flattened into outlines (fonts are lost).
Resulting lines are extremely thin and visually degraded.
The output is not usable in its current form.
Expected Behavior:
Lines and fonts should retain their original properties after merging.
The visual integrity of the content should be preserved.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the area to be merged.
2. Click on "Merge".
3. Some lines disappear entirely.
4. Remaining lines and all text are converted to simple outlines.
Actual Results:
- Some geometry is lost.
- All strokes become outlines.
- All text is converted to paths (fonts are not preserved).
- The resulting graphics are extremely thin and degraded.
Expected Results:
- All original lines and text should be preserved.
- No loss of geometry or visual fidelity should occur.
- Text should remain editable, not converted to outlines.
