Section "Loading and saving documents" of Chapter 12 (Configuring LibreOffice)
of the Getting Started Guide 7.6 describes option "Load printer settings with
the document" as:
> If enabled, the printer settings are loaded with the document. This can cause
> a document to be printed on a distant printer (perhaps in an office setting).
> To prevent this happening, manually change the printer in the Print dialog.
> If disabled, the default printer will be used to print the document. The
> current printer settings are stored with the document whether or not this
> option is selected.
Sentence "If disabled, the default printer will be used to print the document."
is misleading, since the printer can be chosen regardless of that option's
value. The sentence could be fixed with something like:
> If disabled, the default printer for all documents will be the operating
> system’s default printer.
By the way, the current description does not make it clear why one would enable
that option. The label is also not clear about the option’s role. Perhaps it
would be clearer to label it "Load the document’s printer settings".
