A text was proposed to be deleted, so give me a UI which will create the opposite insert redline. A workaround to do this in Word is: reject the delete, select the text, copy, undo, go after the redline, insert. Reinstate is meant to allow not doing this workaround. (And then the opposite for insert, but that's easier to work around.)
