But that's the long workaround. The short workaround is: Accept the deletion,
type in the deleted text - done.

(Yes, of course for that to happen you need to be able to type it in, so it
might not be so easy, but the point is that it's two steps.)

But that's exactly the reason why the name _should_ be changed, so that people
won't start using the wrong name all over the place.
