VALUE function returns an error 502 for a date text string in "YYYY/MM/DD"
format. It properly recognizes "YYYY-MM-DD" and "MM/DD/YYYY" and returns a
date-time sequence number. This is inconsistent with Excel and OpenOffice,
both of which return a date-time sequence number for "YYYY/MM/DD" strings.
