Adding the Data Acceptance Pattern Y/M/D makes VALUE work properly in the ODS
case here.

However Fabbian is right about the behaviour of VALUE being inconsistent.
Opening a XLSX sheet in LibreOffice without Data Acceptance Pattern Y/M/D isn't
showing error 502.

Importing the ODS into MSO Calc does also show the value
