Up to 25.2.2, if you selected a chart with double-click (or it was freshly
inserted) then you could change the aspect ratio when resizing but if you
selected with a single-click then resizing would preserve the aspect ratio.
25.8.1 breaks this. It is no longer possible to change the chart aspect ratio
even on a freshly inserted chart.
My use case: I would insert a chart, position it at top left corner, resize it
to exactly fill 4 side-by-side print pages and then export as PDF. This would
create a 4-page PDF with all pages 100% used.
I have had to revert to 25.2.3 to get what I want, hence the 'major' bug rank.
