TO REPRODUCE
Save attachment as aspect.csv (say)
$ libreoffice aspect.csv&
In dialog box, touch <Enter>
Make print page boundaries visible (2 steps):
  1. Ctrl-Shift-O   (to get print preview)
  2. <ESC.          (to leave print preview)
Menu/Insert Chart
In dialog box, Finish
Move chart so top left corner aligns with sheet top left corner
Get resize cursor on bottom right corner of Chart
Move resize cursor to bottom right corner of a print page
Chart overflows page. It filled it nicely at the old rev above
To exit: select a data cell, ^W and Don't Save
