Shall we resolve this issue as NAB/INV? Hmm, it's true that the newly-added lock control kind of solves this by retroactively giving a reason for the different widths. Still, among the infinite number of tweakable UI things: in the Rotation tab, see how the input boxes for the Pivot Point positions and Rotation Angle are positioned.
