It is an xlsx file. I see no error. The cell A1 contains the formula =AVERAGE(A2:A12). The result 841.376301086364 (with dot as decimal separator) is the same in Excel as in LibreOffice. A2 contains the value (with dot as decimal separator) 9177.64. Thus the average is so large.
