Description:
Sometimes the dotted lines for the page size/print preview don't render
properly at the start or after pasting data.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. File > New spread sheet
2. Sometimes there are no dotted lines at all.
3. If I go to File > Print Preview the lines come back.
Actual Results:
No dotted lines
Expected Results:
Always show the dotted lines
