The button does exactly was it says:"Values only". That means, it does not include any transformation and -btw- it not includes formats. These buttons on the left side of the dialog are presets. I you want something different, do not use the buttons, but for example select all but 'All' and 'Formulas' from section 'Paste', and 'Transpose' from section 'Options', and click OK. Or uncheck the option 'Run immediately'. Then the preset contained in the button is transferred to the right part of the dialog when you click on the button, and you can adjust the settings, here for example add the 'transpose'.
