--- Comment #9 from Colin <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Regina Henschel from comment #7) > Why do you think it is bug? The button does exactly was it says:"Values > only". That means, it does not include any transformation and -btw- it not > includes formats. These buttons on the left side of the dialog are presets. > > I you want something different, do not use the buttons, but for example > select all but 'All' and 'Formulas' from section 'Paste', and 'Transpose' > from section 'Options', and click OK. > > Or uncheck the option 'Run immediately'. Then the preset contained in the > button is transferred to the right part of the dialog when you click on the > button, and you can adjust the settings, here for example add the > 'transpose'. > > This is described in the help in > https://help.libreoffice.org/26.8/en-US/text/scalc/01/pastespecialcalc.html My bug148500 was subsumed by this further report from David as it was similar ONLY similar but it referred to copying selected - varying - components of an array and then attempting the "Transpose" with ridiculous results. Perhaps verifying that different results for the "same" operation is the designed functionality would be better than just a blanket RESOLVED NOTABUG. Would you disagree? PERHAPS THE TWO BUG REPORTS NOW REQUIRE UNLINKING AND THE CORRECT STATUS OF THIS USER'S ORIGINAL BUG REPORT ADOPTED.
