My bug148500 was subsumed by this further report from David as it was similar
ONLY similar but it referred to copying selected - varying - components of an
array and then attempting the "Transpose" with ridiculous results.

Perhaps verifying that different results for the "same" operation is the
designed functionality would be better than just a blanket RESOLVED NOTABUG.
Would you disagree?
