Description:
New Context Menu buttons for inserting new headings above/below the currently
selected header. MS Office has this feature, and it's wonderful for quick and
easy additions. Distinctly lacking in LibreOffice Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the right-click context menu of any existing heading to see the current
list.
