The German Helppage
(https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/de/text/swriter/guide/anchor_object.html)
cites the options "An der Seite" (to the page) and "Am Rahmen" (to the frame)
which currently do not appear for the recent Libre Writer Version (26.2.0.3;
X86_64; Build 26200). Only "Am Absatz" (paragraph), "Am Zeichen" (at letter)
and "Als Zeichen" (as letter) are available.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select inserted picture
2. Select "Anchoring"
3. Pop-up Menu is lacking the options mentioned in the help section.
Actual Results:
At a certain point whilst dragging (either picture or anchor) the picture jumps
to a new position and cannot be moved smoothly. I am unable to freely position
the picture within the document (jumps).
Expected Results:
1. The help documentation should match the actual software options.
2. There should be (an easy) method to freely position a picture at any
position in the document.
