Description:
Form Controls transiently appear When Creating a new Writer document. The Form
controls vanish either shortly before or after the new document opens.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Opem LibreOffice
2. Under Create, Select Writer document
3. The Form controls briefly appear over the Create > Writer Document
alternatively, if Writer is already open,
1. File > New
2. Form controls briefly show over the new document.
Actual Results:
Form controls transiently appear, but everthing works fine after the Form
controls disappear
Expected Results:
Form controls should not appear when opening a new document
Reproducible: Always
